Alright, this whole basement renovation is really cramping my wine style - it is waaaay too messy to go down there and get wine right now! Sadly this means that no wine will be had for Wine and Mask Wednesday!
I will still review a mask of course and this week's Mask of the Week is:
Ciracle Jeju Volcanic Pore-Tightening Mask ~ $4. The Jeju Volcanic Pore-tightening Mask is a sheet mask infused with purifying Jeju volcanic clay, clarifying binchotan charcoal powder, mineral-rich Jeju seawater, and Ciracle's own Pore Tightening Serum. This power combination of proprietary and hero ingredients work together in a rich formula concentrated directly on the skin to remove impurities while sealing up pores and imparting moisture to the skin.
I received this mask in the past Peach & Lily Seoulcialite Box and can't believe I haven't used it yet (although, if you saw my current sheet mask collection, you could believe why!)
My skin has been a little finicky the last few days and this mask sounded like what my skin needed! I sometimes struggle a bit with pore-tightening masks as they tend to be on the drying side (and I already have enough dry skin thank you), but this one promises moisture as well!
This mask applies like most other sheet masks: wash face, tone skin, apply mask, leave on for 20-30 minutes, remove mask, pat in essence, and complete skincare routine.
This mask came with extra essence in the pouch (which I enjoy - I empty the package and apply the extra essence to my skin first!). The essence was a little on the milky side and smelled like oranges. This mask fit well on my face; however, I did wish it had a couple of extra flaps to fit tight in the cheek area - you can see I had to fold it myself.
This mask lasted well for 25 minutes and still had remaining essence to pat in to my skin. My skin felt clean, and the best part was this was not drying at all! I love the combination of purity removing, pore tightening, and moisturizing - exactly what I needed tonight!
