Popstar Avril Lavigne looked her characteristic bold self as she enjoyed a girl’s night out in West Hollywood on Friday. She sported interesting and colorful streaked hair in shades on pink and green as she stopped over to dine at BOA steakhouse before heading over to Trousdale nightclub.
