'Tis the season to give back, which is exactly what Kylie Jenner and her boyfriend, Tyga, did on Monday.
The couple visited the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles together where the rapper, 25, hosted the L.A. Gear Presents Teen Impact Holiday Party. He and Jenner, 17, brought a wagon full of gifts and handed toys out to sick kids and their families.
Though she arrived wearing jeans and a crop top, Kylie covered up in some scrubs while meeting with the children. There, she happily posed for pics with patients.
"It was great to come back to @childrensla to bring christmas to the kids. Thank you to @lagear and @808audio and @idvproducts @djskee for helping me bring a smile to so many kids faces. It's amazing! #Humbled," Tyga captioned one photo on Instagram. In the snapshot, he is photographed in various pictures hanging with the children.
Tyga also shared the pic below, which he captioned: "@childrensla the littlest things could mean the most to someone #givingback #thankful #helpingmatters."
