Morocco to return? What about Samira Said?

It's summer. The heat makes everybody weak in head and say all sort of things. Like all sort of Eurovision rumours and here's one: Morocco will return in 2012! Said by Bruno Berberes, the French Eurovision boss. He should know, shouldn't he? If they do return Finland may lose the Eurovision record by being the only country that has lost to Morocco!
