Chicken Ginger


Ingredients
  • ½ kg Chicken (boneless)
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 3 Green chilies (cut in strips)
  • 2 tbsp Ginger (sliced)
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Mint leaves (chopped)
Directions
  1. In a pan heat oil, add sliced ginger and fry for a minutes.
  2. Then add the boneless chicken and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the ginger garlic paste with salt, chili powder, tomatoes and yogurt.
  4. Fry well till the oil forms a separate layer on top.
  5. Lastly add milk and cook till gravy thickens .
  6. Garnish with chopped mint and serve with nan.
