- ½ kg Chicken (boneless)
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
- 3 Green chilies (cut in strips)
- 2 tbsp Ginger (sliced)
- ¼ cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Mint leaves (chopped)
Directions
- In a pan heat oil, add sliced ginger and fry for a minutes.
- Then add the boneless chicken and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the ginger garlic paste with salt, chili powder, tomatoes and yogurt.
- Fry well till the oil forms a separate layer on top.
- Lastly add milk and cook till gravy thickens .
- Garnish with chopped mint and serve with nan.
