With my wife not being very well (not well at all since she can't keep any solid food down or in at the moment - too much information?), I decided to play the caring husband and stay home last night.
So in between trips upstairs with bottles of water and cups of tea all dosed with plenty of TLC, I did a bit (a very little bit) of painting.
Finished the red coats for the first ten musketeers. The final highlight looks a bit ott at themoment but I'm hoping that when finished it will tone down a bit. If not I'm going to have to give it a thin wash of red gore. I also applied the first two shades of blue (midnight and then regal - both GW colours) to the tabbards and the drummers coat. They now need a highlight of royal blue or regal blue with a hint of bleached bone I can't decide.
